cartoon of folks at tableThe art of etiquette can be a confusing one when you are not sure if you are holding the correct fork or addressing a person properly.  Many of us struggle with "etiquette fear".  In this program, the fears will be answered and etiquette will be a snap.

Employee Business Etiquette

Customer service is crucial to a successful business.  Employee/employer relationships are also crucial and this program helps employees understand how to work together and be a positive reflection on your business.

Politeness vs. Protection - Ages 16 to adult.

couple on benchWe are always discussing ways to be polite, mind our manners and project a positive image.  In this class, we discuss when to be polite, when no means no, uncomfortable situations, public safety and more.  We learn how to determine a good situation from a bad one, then we can focus on how to protect ourselves...beginning with our minds.  Also, Dare to be Aware - Ages 5 - 12.

Self Esteem with Manners - Ages 5 - 12

Children are taught the art of Manners with the added reinforcement of positive Self Esteem.  Feel good about yourself and how you treat others.  Etiquette and Manners are incorporated to promote a well rounded child.  Social graces are taught along with introductions, conversations, dining and more.

The Art of Social Grace - Ages 13 - 18

Good manners are essential as we enter the adult world.  How we hold and conduct ourselves speaks volumes.  This class will help you enter the adult world with style, confidence and grace.  Together, we learn about business etiquette, interview techniques, dining and more.  Excellent class for churches and schools.
